Role Overview:
Quality Assurance Specialists ensure that the proctoring system functions correctly, meets quality standards, and is free from defects. They conduct testing, identify issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated testing.
- Identify and report defects and issues.
- Verify that the system meets specified requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and issues.
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes or updates.
- Ensure the proctoring system complies with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide feedback to improve the system’s functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
