Project Coordinator at AI CERTs

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator at AI Certs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of AI certification programs that align with our value propositions. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to manage project timelines, resources, and tasks. Your role will contribute to the growth and innovation of AI CERTs’ certification portfolio and support our commitment to social impact and global vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including subject matter experts, instructors, and development teams.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Identify and proactively address project risks to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate AI and Blockchain technologies into certification programs.
  • Support quality assurance efforts, including test plan development and execution.
  • Assist in the development of innovative certification testing processes, including AI and Blockchain-based proctoring applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in an educational or technology context.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
